Where there is a will there is a way…
Actually, i don’t think that title fits the contents of this blog. Then again, since i can’t think of any other ‘catchy’ title, i’ll leave that one ‘ere for awhile. Was reading thru’ my previous blogs (yes, i read my OWN blogs! ). I noticed that i’d meant to update the entry on EASTER NITE 2 weeks ago but neva got around to doin’ it. Hmm…much has happened since my last entry.
1) Ticket sales have escalated and itz amazing that there are so many people who are so excited ’bout this event and have all bought tickets!!! Hurrrrrrrrayyyyyyyyyyy.
2) The various items (dances,etc) have become better and better, thanks to our rigorous 3-in-a-week rehearsals for the last 1mth. All church members have been comin’ to rehearsals fervently, and thank explains the fact that the dances are so spectacular to look at !! Haha…of course I’m being biased lah. Then again, on a more ‘neutrol tone’, the dancers have definitely put a lot of effort into these items and after several several practices, they’re darn good ! 
3) Lucky draw gifts……wow…..we’ve collected so many exciting gifts ranging from cool hampers to prettily wrapped up presents. Wonder who those lucky people are gonna be, amongst the audience that nite, who’d end up receiving these wonderful gifts!
4) Food….just spoke to the caterer again this morning. Such an amazing cuisine lined up for this event. I bet people are gonna go back with a full-stomach after havin’ had a feast on Easter Nite !! *winks
5) Outfits…..i was going to update the entry on the fashion show. Hmmm….letz see, as i said previously, most of our models are aged between 25-50 yrs of age. They love the sarees from Nalli’s. They’ve even purchased matching accesories to match the sarees/lengha’s. Each model has planned to go to a hair-dresser to get their hair professionally done-up. Just can’t wait to see ‘em on the day of de event ! I bet they’re gonna look gloriously beautiful !
6) The AV Team……they’re deviced a highly-intelligent system centred on a laptop to arrange all the music for the nite and itz a success! The AV-Team is the backbone of the entire event and they’re doin’ a good job.
Itz barely 6days away from de event. I’m down with a horrid flu. Many people have been sick over de w’kend. De fact that we’ve been at church till 10-11pm thru’ out the w’kends for the last 1 mth doesn’t help de immune system,too.
This week is a power-packed week in the Christian Calendar. First, there’s Maundy Thursday and then Good Friday. Then, the highlight of all –> EASTER SUNDAY!
The next I update this blog, Easter Sunday would’ve definitely passed by , and i bet i’d have LOTS of stories to share with you. Till then, have a blessed week and God Bless.
